What this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Short, because there is not much to say.
Who we are
Terravect Systems is a trading name of Industrial Assets Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. 15863889, registered office 25 Liversedge Hall Lane, Liversedge, West Yorkshire, WF15 7DP. We are the data controller for anything collected through this site. Contact: hello@terravect.co.uk.
The enquiry form
When you register interest we collect your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your land: the organisation, what you manage, its rough size, where it is and any message. We use this only to reply to you about the beta and to plan a survey if you go ahead. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you made.
The submission is delivered to our inbox by Postmark, an email delivery service, and the form itself runs on Vercel, which hosts this site. Both process the data on our behalf and neither uses it for anything else. We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you, and delete them on request.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not identify you. Counts are aggregated by page, country and device type.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it, by emailing hello@terravect.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it. Last updated September 2026.
